Here we go Again...

Well that great news I mentioned about us having an offer on the house is a go. They put their offer in and we accepted. Now we are headed towards the inspection. I have so many emotions right now. I try so hard not to get my hopes up but it's hard. We know the house is a good house it just seems to never to work out in our favor. Now that the roof is brand new and the foundation has been corrected with a lifetime warranty I'll honestly be super shocked if something negative comes through on the inspection report. So here we go again...
