Tuesday

Stuck inside stinks. I had so much planned for the kids this week and now we are stuck inside. I mean I was told if I had to we could go out but his stitches would have to be covered with a band aid and they don't like the stitches to be covered. So I made the executive decision to keep us is. It should give me plenty of time to finish packing LOL Not only are we stuck inside, but I find myself chasing after Justin and treating him more like a baby than I did when he was an actual baby and learning to walk. I am so scared of him falling and busting those stitches out. Not to mention he hates the Bacitracin ointment that has to be applied to his cut and so he keeps finding ways to wipe it off. Like I want big hugs is translated in to I want to wipe the ointment on your shirt and off my eye LOL. He has fallen quite a bit already today. And, it scares me. Already we have a band aid on his knee for a fall he took. He tripped and hit the other side of his face earlier as well. I swear there's a written rule that when a kid gets hurt they always get hurt on the same side or other afterward. I was showing him pictures of his stitches and he is so proud of them. Saying "Hey hey that's my stitches." And "I have a big boo boo huh momma?" with the hugest smile. Good thing he has some adorable dimples to distract from his soon to be new scar LOL. Even with his Frankenstein stitches he is too adorable. Then again I happen to be bias. :)
Kailee's rash is still present. I'm still debating on taking her in as I was told yesterday it looked like an allergic reaction. My poor Kailee. She has the most sensitive skin. She can literally walk in a room where perfume has been sprayed or even heavy fabric softner and immediately break out. Benadryl doesn't seem to be getting rid of it. Ugh when it rains it pours. LOL Add all the above to packing and attempting to keep the house organized and running as normal despite the war zone appearance is stressful to say the lease.
