I'm in LOVE!

That's right I am in love. I got one of my Christmas gifts early by mistake and I am lovin' it! Can't say what it is or I will totally give away something I am doing. Anyways as I am sitting here working and I just cannot get over how excited I am or how much in love I am in with my gift. So mom here's a HUGE Thank you and I love you! You're the best! And, not just because you bought me something, but because you're my best friend and for knowing me inside and out.

Giving, Arbys, and Randoms

The rest of the day turned out to be a really good day. Paul still doesn't feel too well, but I made him get some medicine and made him some hot toddy. I made sure and made a big batch so I could give some to the kids tomorrow as well since they both have bad coughs and sore throats. Hopefully w/the combination of the hot toddy and cold medicine he will get a good night's sleep and be relatively rested for work in the morning.
We went out to eat tonight since we had some errands to run. We ended up at Arbys since Paul was craving it and I won't lie I was wanting some curly fries. The kids wanted cheese sticks and at this point I'll let them have whatever they want if it means they will actually eat. Their appetites have diminished with them not feeling well. Of course they ate them and loved them. They both do the same thing with them. After Arbys we went to Toys R Us. We had to pick up a gift for a little 5 year old boy who was less fortunate than our kids. It's always nice to give and help out others who are less fortunate than ourselves. I've taken Kailee to the mall and let her pick angels off the Christmas tree and then we've shopped for them that way so it was a nice change. I try to always give when we can and teach the kids to do the same. Next we headed to Target to get some stuff to go in the squadron basket for the Christmas party. It was fun walking around Target since it's one of my favorite places. Kailee loves it too and JP had fun racing us and crashing into us. Kailee fell asleep on the way home and somehow Justin managed to stay awake so on the way to the house we let Justin see all the decorated houses in our neighborhood. He loved all the lights. I know Kailee would want to see them so I think I'll plan a late night walk and bundle them up to go see them. Justin is finally asleep and I can hear Barbie a Christmas Carol so I know Kailee's still up. She has about ten more minutes and I'm sure she'll be out by then.
Since I'm pretty much caught up I thought I would share some pics from today as well as from yesterday. Yesterday I walked in to my room to see Kailee dressing Justin up. Sad part is he actually didn't mind.

Blueberry Pancakes and Tattoos

I decided to wake up and make some yummy blueberry pancakes for us this morning. They turned out so good. I ended up making way too many, but the good thing about pancakes is the kids love them and they reheat pretty well too.
Paul came home not feeling well and said he hasn't felt good since yesterday. Not good. Both kids are still symptomatic with a cough and runny nose, and I've been having headaches and ear pain. I just hope all this sickness clears our house soon and that we all get back to good health.
So this morning Kailee decided to put her and JP's tattoos on that they got from the dentist. Kailee put JP's Blues Clues tattoo on his hand and hers onher tummy. Not sure why she chose that location. Oh wait yes I do. She said it was because she's never had one there before. I asked if it was a real tattoo like mommy and daddy and she said well "noooo I'm not an adult". LOL
