Do I Dare...

jinx myself and the family by updating about the property in Texas. I'm almost afraid to type the words to see them in black and white. But, THE HOUSE IS SOLD! The buyers didn't walk out on us and so far the only thing that could hold us back is their credit or lack there of, but apparently they already tried buying another house so everything is a go. I just signed documents I haven't signed to date. That has to be a good sign right? They want to be in the house by 7Feb and that's literally a month away. Another thing that has us a bit concerned is the issue of our current renters. They are technically under lease until March 1, so I'm just hoping nothing bites us in the booty as far as making a months mortgage payment. In the same sense I almost don't care. After all after making a months mortgage payment we would be officially done with that property for good. No more renters, no more walk outs, no more sign this sign that for nothing., no more stressers, no more worrying about what to do come March. What a breath of fresh air it will be to not have to worry or think about the house on Beall. Here's hoping I don't have to jump back on here and say everything fell apart last minute. My fingers toes and everything possible is crossed.
