And here we go

So last night was miserable. Both kids are snotty with watery eyes, sore throats, and they just couldn't breath all that well to sleep comfortably. Something tells me their allergies are flaring up or they have a cold. I hope it stays just that, allergies or a cold, because swine flu is still everywhere. So here we go with allergy meds and humidifiers, and clingy kiddos. Oh and JP just woke up with fever to add to it all.

On a positive note the AC has been fixed. Apparently the fan went out and it only takes three repair men to figure it out. He lectured me on the ethics of how they can't sit outside for hours at a time waiting for it to fail or fix a current problem when everything seems to be running correctly when they get here. I understand really I do. But, I wanted to say how ethical is it to make my two and four year old burn up in a 89 degree house sometimes 96 just b/c at the time you didn't want to pull the ac apart and find the real problem. Anyways enough of all that. My poor landlady now has to pay a booty load b/c they didn't fix it the first time and now her warranty is up on the AC. I feel so bad for her. On the other hand I can already feel the cool air blowing. I LOVE air conditioning.

Grrrr...Stupid AC

Either I am delusional from still being up at 1:00 am or the AC is working again. I swear it's gotten much cooler in this house within the past five minutes. So... I just got up and checked the AC and it's down to 80. Before I came in here it was 86. It's definitely working again. Which sucks for me because I haven't been able to sleep because of the heat and now I have to be up by 8 am for the repair man to come. YUCK. It's going to be a long day. The only benefit to being the only one awake...sleepy pics of the kids. I love taking pictures of them when they are asleep. They look so peaceful.
