Firefighter at his best

So I got these pictures from Paul tonight and thought they were pretty cool. They had to do burns today on the base. Actually they were doing all sorts of training today. Its not just fire, its EMT, Rescue, Confined space rescue, and Hazmat response. Paul's been working so hard and doing so much that he's practically already in charge of Engine 18. Not even 2yrs on the job and he's already taken over. I of course am super proud of him. They had in crewing in the desert when he had never even had training on it and he's been doing it every since he got back. Not only that but he's taken charge of all the airmen and now has them doing uniform inspections every Friday. I tell you he has more initiative than anyone I've ever met.

One Week Left

YAY! I only have one more week of being without my babies. I cannot wait to go pick them up. I am missing them sooooo much and finally the countdown is in the single digits. I'm so ready to have my routine back and my babies with me every day.

Cruise to Mt Lemon

Today we met up with a bunch of people from Paul's car forum and took a cruise up to the mountains. It was so much fun but very very hot. Pretty above average heat wise for the mountains. It was so clear and sunny I actually got a sunburn thanks to the t tops being off.
