Today Paul, the kids, and I headed over to one of his car buddy's shop and had a BBQ. Nothing like being one of five females surrounded by a bunch of car heads. Thankfully I have my kids to entertain me. LOL It was a fun time though and the kids had a so much fun running around and seeing all the cars. Plus there was a shop puppy and a HUGE male pit to keep the entertained LOL The food was good. It was a good bunch of people. The kids wore themselves out. We got to see some burn outs in the rain. What a great Sunday. Something really cool there was a Ford Lightning. Oh how I miss out Ford Lightning. I really really miss it and actually would love for Paul to get another one. Too bad my husband is practical LOL So back to those burn outs. A Lightning that is crazy molded got up to do his thing and of course put on a great show. Such a great show we hear fire! fire! His rotters actually caught on fire. It was crazy! After all the fun and excitement we headed over to this place called the Hobby Shop. It was due time for Paul to pick up some new "toys". On the mini side of course. He got a RC truck. Basically a gas fueled remote control monster truck that can do up to 40. Such a cool thing for him to get into with the kids. They even have a track at the hobby store. And, our new house has the dessert he can run it in. He also got a new remote controlled helicopter. Much bigger and cooler than his other one. The kids are going nuts! They love those things. We managed to have some dinner on the way home at Arby's. Then we came home put the kids in the tub and it was bed time for all. I even managed to fall asleep before ten. Poor Paul's still sick so hopefully he can get an appointment first thing in the morning. I'm watching Kailee's cough because it's starting to sound really bad. So we shall see how the morning turns out.
