2010

Well here we are the first day of 2010. Still can't believe it. Woke up to both my kiddo's smiling beautiful faces and feeling very grateful and blessed that the Lord gave me another day with them. I try not to make new year's resolutions because in the past I've made them and then not followed through. This year however, I made one. My resolution is to build my relationship with the Lord and be a better Christian. Our time is not guaranteed and I want to make sure my time is spent productively. Plus, being a better Christian will set higher standards and be more positive for my children as well. Kailee is so inquisitive about Jesus and saying prayers at night isn't enough. So there it is. My first resolution is years.
On a different note so far today has been a great day. The kids and I have been playing and just enjoying quiet time at home. I did walk in on the two of them in the kitchen making a mess. I should have been mad, but the looks on their faces were priceless with Kailee of course blaming JP and saying she was just supervising LOL.
