BBQ Time

So today Paul and I are having a little BBQ at our place. I'm sure little BBQ will turn into a HUGE BBQ and we will have tons of people here. Not a biggie since it gives the kids tons of friends to play with, and it's usually always a good time. I FINALLY got the house cleaned. It took me all weekend. And, not because I keep a super messy house, but because I was so tired and just dragging, and plain not in the mood to clean. I did 4 loads of laundry. Usually laundry is pretty relaxing for me, but for some reason I kept begging the laundry fairy to come and put it away. LOL
So yesterday the kids and I did absolutely nada. We sat around the house, cleaned, watched a few shows, did workbooks, oh and started putting together their Grandparents Day gifts. Kailee is having such a blast with it and I must admit when JP has his mind on it he has fun too. We made a late night trip to Walgreens at about 9pm to pick up some stuff and Abbey came along. They got such a kick out of that.
Now it's back to re mop and re vacuum just to make sure the house looks spotless for when all the people come. I'll be back later or maybe tomorrow depending on how long it goes on with pics.


The BBQ went well. The kids had a blast with all their friends and we had a great turn out. I only managed to snap two pics the entire night. JP has never fallen asleep right where he was. Only is his bed, the couch, highchair, car, but never on the floor. Tonight he did just that and fell asleep on the floor. Kailee was so excited cause she has never seen him do this. :) Poor little guy was exhausted.
